The Animation Obsession......

The big giant creature in black and white, so cuddly and cute, so sweet and adorable, yes talking of none other than "PO"! Yayy!!! i just recently saw part 2 in the Big screen in 3d and the movie just swept me off my feet once again!Yes and it would everytime i watch it! Whoaa! the craze! kung fu panda theme, "everybody was Kung Fu fighting" ringtone, Kung fu panda profile picture on facebook! I just fell in love with Po!

In the recent times i have developed a high degree of liking towards these animation movies. KungFu panda, Madagaskar, Ice Age, Lion King, Wall-E, Toy Story, The Shrek, The incredibles, Cars,Up,ratatouille,Happy feet and the list goes on. Some people say its immaturity, some people say its kiddish, but i find them to be one of the best stress busters! The emotions in the movies are so genuine.The movies may be fantasy or fairy tale or unrealistic or whatever but a person should have real taste to admire such animations and the cuteness of the characters. Hardly any evil characters! Even if any are not really venomous or leaving negative vibes!




They are truly amazing! They are so amazing everytime i watch them!These movies just make me forget the gloomy moods and make me smile :) Well that is all i need when i see a movie! They give me the very purpose of entertainment and the "happily ever after" mood! :)!What more is needed!! To feel the innocence, go back to child like mind set and enjoy and cuddle the animations is truly an experience! they are truy Incredible! :) Forever! :)

Yes, eagerly looking forward for cars 2, Winnie the pooh ,happy feet 2 and much more this season! and the season for screening of all these movies from my hard disks will be for eternity! :)

Riding my way in the summer showers!

The drops of water like diamond seeds,
Wish I could join them together like beads
As they were falling from the sky,
The early evening white beauty hiding itself behind the clouds, feeling shy!
It was just me myself and I
What a rejuvenating weather it was!
Looking at the sky reminded me how past memories, like the clouds pass!!

Stretching my arms out of the window, I felt the slight drizzle!
I glanced down the parking area, where my scooty pep dazzled,
Could hear it say “Hey Baby Come for a ride!”
Here I come I said, leaving everything else aside…
My favorite songs flowing into my ears!
I sped through the lane, humming along with cheers….
There just cant be a better turn on,
that converts the mind’s electron to proton.

With all positive charge, I came back after a small ride,
As I stepped home, my mom sighed!
As I rightly read her mind, she thought I was crazy,
Smiling at her I said, Mom take it easy!!
With hot cuppa coffee, I was getting high on caffeine!
Wow! The whole evening was so perfect and fine :):):)

A father's letter

A mail that i received! Life written in just 9 small paragraphs! Truly had an impact when i read it :)


Following is a letter to his son from a renown Hong Kong TV broadcaster cum Child Psychologist. The words are actually applicable to all of us, young or old, children or parents.!

I am writing this to you because of 3 reasons

1. Life, fortune and mishaps are unpredictable, nobody knows how long he lives. Some words are better said early.
2. I am your father, and if I don't tell you these, no one else will.
3. What is written is my own personal bitter experiences that perhaps could save you a lot of unnecessary heartaches.

Remember the following as you go through life

1. Do not bear grudge towards those who are not good to you. No one has the responsibility of treating you well, except your mother and I.
To those who are good to you, you have to treasure it and be thankful, and ALSO you have to be cautious, because, everyone has a motive for every move.
When a person is good to you, it does not mean he really likes you. You have to be careful, don't hastily regard him as a real friend.

2. No one is indispensable, nothing in the world that you must possess. Once you understand this idea, it would be easier for you to go through life when people
around you don't want you anymore, or when you lose what/who you love most.

3. Life is short. When you waste your life today, tomorrow you would find that life is leaving you. The earlier you treasure your life, the better you enjoy life.

4. Love is but a transient feeling, and this feeling would fade with time and with one's mood. If your so called loved one leaves you, be patient, time will wash away your aches and sadness.
Don't over exaggerate the beauty and sweetness of love, and don't over exaggerate the sadness of falling out of love.

5. A lot of successful people did not receive a good education, that does not mean that you can be successful by not studying hard! Whatever knowledge you gain is your weapon in life.
One can go from rags to riches, but one has to start from some rags!

6. I do not expect you to financially support me when I am old, neither would I financially support you for whole life.
My responsibility as a supporter ends when you are grown up. After that, you decide whether you want to travel in a public transport or in your limousine, whether rich or poor.

7. You honour your words, but don't expect others to be so. You can be good to people, but don't expect people to be good to you. If you don't understand this, you would end up with unnecessary troubles.

8. I have bought lotteries for umpteen years, but I never strike any prize. That shows if you want to be rich, you have to work hard! There is no free lunch!

9. No matter how much time I have with you, let's treasure the time we have together. We do not know if we would meet again in our next life.

The Bleed Blue Syndrome!

The World Cup fever everywhere! Match match Match!!!! Omg! Is it really worth the hype at all??? I see people Wearing blue as an initiative to support India in the match between India Pakistan...! It is afterall yet another money making sport tournament!!!! People can be interested in a sport but it is meant to be taken sportively! But how many of us do so??

It is ofcourse fun to watch cricket. I love to watch cricket too! but for the sport! I saw status messages in facebook abusing the Aussies in the Qtr final match that India won! Agreed it was indeed a victory to be celebrated, but people taking it so personally is completely ridiculous.... Some people say its passion for cricket and some patriotism!If passion, it is to be viewed for the beauty of the sport and not enjoy the shots and magic If it was patriotism, what about the forgotten Indian National Game Hockey? How much of recognition or how many people at all sit and watch that game? And corporates!, i see news papers reporting that Coca cola, Uninor, Vodafone and few other companies telecasting the match in the Big screen with snacks and beverages!For all the importance that people attach to cricket, Marketing managers, Politicians, ICC and the cricketers are making their Money!

Now above all, The all famous IPL follows the World Cup Fever!!!! God put some sense inside people's heads! (Irony is Sachin is God to most of them and hence only cricket is into their heads!) Bleed blue Guys! nothing wrong, but dont get over obsessed!

I call it not the Bleed Blue Campaign, but the Bleed Blue Syndrome! :)

Sunday Morning Sunshine......

How warm a greeting the sun gave me this morning! says Sowmiya :D!

Yes it was 6:30 am, a sunday morning! there came the sun rays glaring its way through the window of my bedroom right on my face just to tell me hey its time to wake up!!

I just woke up and jumped out of bed with a great enthusiasm.... Quickly brushed my teeth and went out to the balcony to show my face to the sun!! How beautiful was the morning... In the recent times my mind never really went in this direction of enjoying a morning or take note of such things... Never mind i dont want to get into the whys and hows! May be because this day i woke up with exuberance!:) or the sun tickled my happiness glands! I dont know... But i felt really Good!! Then i went for a brisk morning walk where again I was enjoying the sun rays seeping through the tree branches, from behind the clouds with music on to my ears...

What a morning it was!!! The mood of the morning spreads through the entire day just like the sun spreads itself to the world!! I completely agree with Terri Guillemets who said sun is a ball of flaming Joy! :)

A Start cum return for the mokkais ;)

Well well well.... After quite a long time I am gonna start my mokkai sessions of blogging quite regularly!!! A Start would be more appropriate than a come back i think! :)

I draw inspiration from my most beloved Miss Vaijayanthi N Chary...:D:D:D (Inspiration of writing only neither the thoughts nor the subject matter ;)) As I am not really great at articulating or writing but I thought my vetti time can be spent on something which i always wanted to improve on! :D

Coffeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!! The magical drink!!!!!!!!!!

Hurray Weekend!!!!! Sundaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy.... But it was not a ususal sunday which begins a little later than other days... This day started a little earlier than other days for me... Lol!!!! Yeah had to go to temple at 5.30 in the morning!!!!

Had bought a new mobile and started using it this day... Just the ususal sentiments of first calls first messages etc etc... Stupid stuffs...though gives some good feeling Lol!!!
Noon was rest time!!! :) and evening had been to coffee world with frens...!! and met a person whom i wanted to meet for a long time!!! We were talking on various things movies , books, career, studies, exams....

And then came the most refreshing thing about the evening , "the espresso frappe!!!!!!!!" Wow!! cant imagine i was a person who "hated" coffee few months back... and now no lesser than a freak... Coffee in any form! jus spirit lifting :)))))) Nothing on earth can match a relaxed evening, chatting with close people with a cup of coffee to lift the spirit of the whole thing :)))))))
